Therapeutic yoga is great for rest days, for recovering from illness or soreness, when you're feeling run down, or anytime you want to show your body some loving care.
The mindful use of props helps you explore each pose and loosen up more completely. You'll use a yoga mat, a pair of yoga tune up balls (or tennis balls), a yoga strap (a belt also works), and a yoga block (a thick book or blanket works too)
