  • Lean: Renegade Row, Squat, Plank

    For this workout, you'll need:

    Renegade rows – dumbbells, weight according to your ability (optional)
    Squats – a box to check your form and/or a pair of dumbbells, weight according to your ability
    Plank – body weight only!

  • Elevate: 15-Minute Cardio

    Jeff leads a challenging but fun interval workout: six rounds of 30 seconds of total work, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Get that heart rate up and remember to breathe!
