This edition of Lean starts with a four-minute dynamic warm-up, then goes into some muscle-building and heart-pumping intervals. You'll need dumbbells (optional; use only if bodyweight lunges are not challenging for you) and a kettlebell. For the cardio intervals, you can choose your own adventure: hop onto your favorite machine, walk briskly or jog, jump rope, or do jumping jacks. A cooldown is also included.
You'll do intervals of lunges (to work the entire lower body), then kettlebell swings (a composite movement that works several muscle groups at the same time) and cardio of your choice. You can do it!
