This edition of Lean is only 20 minutes from start to finish, including warm-up and cooldown.
For the warm-up, you'll need a dowel, counter, or another object to balance against (optional). For the workout, you'll need a box for the step ups, a pair of dumbbells weighted to your ability for the dumbbell push presses, and an exercise mat (optional) for the bicycle crunches.
